These Terms govern your use of Medicare Agent Scout. This is an MVP template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use.

Use of the directory

The directory is provided for informational purposes to help consumers find independent licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance agency and do not provide insurance advice.

Agent listings

• Agents must be independent, licensed insurance professionals and must keep their information accurate.
• Agents are solely responsible for their own marketing practices and compliance, including scope-of-appointment and CMS marketing rules where applicable.
• We may review, edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate these Terms or our content policies.
• Prohibited marketing claims include superlatives, savings guarantees, and any implication of government affiliation.

Premium subscriptions

Premium listings are billed at $299 per year. If a payment fails or a subscription is canceled, premium features are hidden after any grace period, but profile data is preserved.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any ranking, lead volume, or business outcome.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability.
