If you've ever filled out a Medicare quote form online, you may have had the same experience: within minutes, several agents you never picked are calling, emailing, and texting at once. That happens because many services sell the same person's information to multiple agents — the consumer becomes a “lead” that gets resold.

Medicare Agent Scout is built the opposite way, on purpose. Here is our promise — to consumers and to agents.

Our promise

• Your request goes to one agent — the one you choose. When you contact an agent through their profile, your message goes to that agent only.
• We don't blast your information to a list. Submitting a contact form here does not sign you up to be called by a room full of agents.
• We don't resell the same contact to multiple buyers. You are not a lead we sell over and over.
• You stay in control. You compare profiles and decide who — if anyone — to reach out to. If you use our optional “match me” help, we connect you with one agent, and we tell you before connecting you with more than one.

If you're comparing agents

Browse local licensed agents the way you'd compare any local professional: their products, languages, service area, reviews, and how they like to meet (phone, video, or in person). Reach out to the one who fits — on your timeline, not after a wave of cold calls. You can always get free, unbiased help from Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).

If you're an agent

The people who contact you here picked you — they read your profile and chose to reach out. That's the opposite of a shared lead that five agents are dialing at the same time. Your profile is a local visibility asset you control, not a contact we rent to the highest bidder. We don't promise a number of leads or any particular result — you choose how you show up, and shoppers choose who they contact. See how listing works for agents.

What Medicare Agent Scout is not

• Not a lead vendor. We don't sell consumer contact information.
• Not a call center. No one here calls you on an agent's behalf.
• Not a government site. We are an independent directory of licensed insurance agents, not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
