Reviews policy

Reviews only help if they’re real. Medicare Agent Scout shows ratings and reviews from Google — we don’t run our own review collection. This page explains how that works.

Where reviews come from

When a Premium agent connects their Google Business Profile, we display their Google star rating, total Google review count, and a few of their most recent Google reviews on their profile. The content is pulled from Google’s Places API and shown as-is, with attribution to Google.

Our commitments

• We don’t write, buy, or generate reviews — and we don’t allow agents to.
• We don’t edit review text or change ratings. What you see is what Google reports.
• No fake ratings. A profile shows a rating only when it has a connected Google profile with reviews; otherwise it shows none.
• Sample profiles never display reviews or ratings.
• Reviews are not sorted or filtered to hide criticism. Agents cannot pay to remove, hide, or reorder reviews here.

Managing or disputing a review

Because reviews live on Google, they’re managed on Google. To respond to a review, report one that violates Google’s policies, or correct your business information, use your Google Business Profile. Updates on Google will be reflected here after our cache refreshes.

Accuracy and timing

Ratings and reviews are cached and refresh periodically, so what’s shown here may lag Google by up to about a day. If something looks wrong, you can contact us or use the “Report incorrect info” link on the profile.
