- Consent records: the exact permission-to-contact text you agreed to, plus timestamp, IP address, and browser user agent.
- Agent accounts: profile details, licensing information, and billing data processed by our payment provider.
- Usage data: page views and interaction events used to provide agent analytics.
How we use information
- To connect you with the licensed agent you selected.
- To provide agents with leads and performance analytics.
- To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
Sharing
When you submit a contact form, your information is shared with the single agent you selected (or one matched agent for “match me” requests, unless you agree to more). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us via our contact page.
Security
We use server-side validation, rate limiting, and access controls to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
