Do Medicare agents charge a fee for helping me?

1 answer from licensed agents

No — licensed agents are paid commissions by insurance carriers, so their help costs you nothing, and you pay the same plan premium whether you enroll through an agent, directly with the carrier, or through Medicare.gov. It is fair to ask any agent which carriers they represent, since they can only enroll you in plans they are contracted to sell.
