Open Enrollment Period
The Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (MA-OEP) runs from January 1 to March 31 each year. If you're already in a Medicare Advantage plan, you can switch to another Medicare Advantage plan or return to Original Medicare during this window. A separate Medigap Open Enrollment Period is a six-month window that starts when you are 65 or older and enrolled in Part B.
